Lead Trainer

**Job Responsibility**
- Support in the development of teaching materials and course development in Light Automotive Vehicle programmes.
- Planning and implementing initial assessments and course reviews.
- Stays abreast of outside training opportunities and arrange for training as needed.
- Confers with managers and supervisors to determine training needs
- Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules based on knowledge of identified training needs, individual department processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures or services.
- Organize and develop training manuals, testing and evaluation procedures, visual aids and other educational materials.
- Maintains training records and documents training as required by regulators.
- Submit monthly report on Training Activities, Trainees Performance & Utilization.
- Review Training content periodically & suggest revision/upgradation.
- Devise initiatives and corrective actions to improve the quality of training delivered.
- Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets and justify request for funds.
- Coordinates established training courses with technical and professional courses offered by local colleges, technical/vocational schools, manufacturers, and trade associations.
- Other tasks as assigned
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Education-Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years as Technical Trainer or Lecturer in Automotive Domain.
- Certified ACLP Trainer.
- Well versed with Basic Automotive Theories & Functions of Components.
- Able to explain complex Automotive theories in simple understandable manner to trainees.
- Able to read, understand & interpret the written technical information clearly.
- Fully conversant and able to work in all Microsoft Office Programs.
- Good interpersonal skills and relates well to all levels of staff, trainees and customers.
- Competency to use Data analytics tools (tableau, Python etc) will be an added advantage.
