Lead and Develop Trainers

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a group of trainers. This involves motivating and empowering them to deliver high-quality training outcomes that align with business objectives.

The role requires you to identify training gaps among leaders and develop solutions to address these needs in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for creating and deploying e-learning modules for leadership training programs.

Evaluation of training effectiveness and provision of ongoing improvement solutions are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating best practices into training programs is essential.

You will facilitate activity management events for aspiring and existing leaders and provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes. Planning for training schedules and collaborating with teams on leadership development projects/events are also important responsibilities.

Engagement and rapport-building with leaders, as well as communication of the company's standards and expectations, are critical skills required for this position. Liaising with external training vendors and ensuring a smooth onboarding process is also necessary.

  • At least 5 years of experience leading a team of trainers is essential.
  • A strong understanding of the insurance distribution landscape is required.
  • Possessing a collaborative approach and influencing stakeholders with a results-driven mindset is vital.
  • Certifications in training programs and ability to deliver both in-person and virtual training are must-haves.
  • Resourcefulness, market awareness, and an extensive network of external providers and partners are desirable traits.
  • Independent thinking and proactive implementation of data-driven recommendations are expected.
