Job Description

We are seeking a certified and motivated personal trainer to empower women of all ages and fitness levels.

As a key member of our fitness team, you will play a vital role in creating customized workout programs that inspire and support clients. Your primary responsibilities include conducting thorough fitness assessments, designing personalized workout plans, providing ongoing support and motivation, ensuring client safety and proper technique, tracking progress, and leading group training sessions or fitness classes.

Our ideal candidate is a professional and approachable individual who can foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough fitness assessments and consultations with clients to understand their goals and current fitness levels.
  • Design and implement tailored workout plans for individual clients based on their needs and objectives.
  • Provide continuous motivation, support, and fitness education to clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
  • Ensure client safety and proper technique during workouts by demonstrating and reinforcing best practices.
  • Regularly track client progress and make necessary adjustments to workout programs to ensure optimal results.
  • Lead small group training sessions or fitness classes when required, promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in workout areas and equipment, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

  • Certification as a personal trainer.
  • Experience working with women of all ages and fitness levels.
  • Ability to design and implement personalized workout plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor.
