**PRIMARY RELATIONSHIPS:
**This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Within the organization, the incumbent interacts with the key stakeholders from every key function and the operations team. Outside the organization, the position interacts with academic schools, recruitment agencies and governmental authorities.
This position will perform full HR spectrum and manage a junior HR Executive who is involved in daily HR-related matters.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, comprehensive benefits administration, and clear communication of benefits options to employees. Prepare and submit CPF and Income tax (IR8A, IR21).
- **Employee Relations**: Provide guidance to team members and people managers on HR policies and procedures. Oversee employee relations matters, not limited to handling of grievances, conducting investigations when necessary, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- **HR Policies and Compliance**: Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- **Performance Management**: Initiate and administer the Annual Performance Appraisal Exercise and working closely together with senior management on bonus and increment quantum payout.
- **HR Data and Reporting**: Manage and maintain HR database and analytics, including team member records, benefits information, compensation data, and performance metrics.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Foster strong rapport with all stakeholders both internal and external. Provide guidance and coaching to people managers and team members.
- **HR Vendor Management**: Foster strong rapport with HR service providers, such as recruitment agencies, HRMS vendors, and benefits providers. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
**REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience with business partnering and change management experience. Preferably from hospitality or F&B industry.
- Results-oriented and able to work independently, but at the same time, be a strong team player
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passionate about service and people.
- Self-motivated, cheerful and dynamic personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluent in English.
