**Job Objectives/Job Summary**:
Responsible for assisting his/her Senior Executive with the daily operations of the human resources functions.
**Responsibilities/Duties**:
- Assist in all HR functions and administrative matters
- Update personnel records and assists employees with forms and procedures.
- Sourcing/registering training courses/quotations
- Keep staff and workers’ training records up to date
- Filing of training records/certificates/leave records etc.
- Assist in time card calculation and responsible for workers' payroll
- To verify calculations in Annual IR8A are correct for workers
- Assist with check-in and check-out status for workers staying at dormitory
- Assist with purchasing of air tickets to repatriate workers back home
- Responsible for applying, renewal and cancellation of work permits of workers
- Able to work on workers' monthly payroll report
- Waive levy for workers on home leave to reduce the levy costs
- Sorting and updating of data/letters
- Photo-copying, passing of documents, cheque issuance etc.
- Ad-hoc assignments.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management/Human Resouces or equivalent.
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Positive learning attitude and able to commmunicate effectively
- Good interpersonal skills and is a team player
- Able to work overtime during peak period (if required)
