**Corporate Marketing
- Collaborate with regional and divisional offices to assess, plan and execute digital initiatives, campaigns, and tools.
- Develop and execute market digital strategies and integrated online strategy to grow web and social traffic, brand reach and revenue. - Conceptualize, develop and implement customised content for SCI Singapore social media channels, website and digital formats such as video and eDMs..
- Managing full spectrum of digital and social media engagement develop compelling content to grow online communities
- Issues/crisis management
- Manage the company website and devise recommendations to drive web visibility and traffic, using and not limited to, paid search, SEO, SEM and PPC
- Plan and deliver new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing, including digital advertising
- Support in the planning and execution of digital and omni-channel events
**Communications**
- Support in proactive media engagement, as well as managing media queries
- Craft and prepare corporate messages, press releases and communications
- Work closely with other functions in the wider Corporate Development team to communicate and amplify relevant content in a 360-integrated manner.
**Requirements**:
- An ability to chip in on PR/Media Engagement will be a bonus.
- Degree in Mass Communications/Marketing/Business or relevant discipline
- 3-8 years of proven track record in managing and executing integrated communications and marketing in a B2B environment
- A strong command of English and Mandarin, and the ability to write well in a variety of styles is a must. An effective communicator in both verbal & written presentations
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Experience in PR/media relations also a bonus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful, meticulous in work execution and project management
- Self-starter, with experience working in matrix organisations, and ability to handle concurrent projects.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration in formulating marketing strategies, anchoring the strategy formulation on data and insights, to contribute to programme KPIs;
- Planning and implementing go-to-market strategies including marketing activation leading to the achievement of desired outcomes and targets;
- Collaborating closely with internal Corporate Creative Team, external media, event management agencies and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality and innovative campaigns for the targeted audience;
- Optimising brand recognition, user experience and awareness of marketing initiatives among target audience;
- Monitoring, evaluating and reporting campaign performance, providing analytical and strategic assessments, for continuous improvement;
- Able to present and interact confidently across the organisation and with external stakeholders
- Strong organisational, project management and multi-tasking abilities;
- Strong collaboration, team orientation and skilled in working within a cross-functional matrix environment
- Familiar with digital marketing and website building
- Familiar with social media community management
- Excellent interpersonal, networking and influencing skill
