The Assistant Manager (Corporate Marketing) is results driven, objective oriented and an integral member of the Corporate Marketing and Communications department. Beyond the primary role of managing social media and customer relationship management requirements for the Club, he/she is also responsible for the end-to-end and timely execution of Club-wide marketing and promotion initiatives, ensuring that these are on-brand and support revenue generation requirements. This individual needs to forge strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and will need to collaborate with cross-discipline teams to fulfill core objectives of the respective marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities include the following:
**Social Media**
- Develop and implement our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts
- Plan, create and post social media content across the Club’s social media platforms
- Keep abreast of latest social media trends and make recommendations for suitable new platforms and content formats
- Track social media metrics to set social media goals and develop the strategy to achieve objectives
**Customer Relationship Management**
- Lead corporate customer relationship management system requirements and drive data-driven marketing activities
**Others**
- As brand custodian, ensure Club-wide adherence to brand guidelines
- Support corporate website content update requirements on Adobe Experience Manager, in close collaboration with content owners
- Manage the development and implementation of Club-wide strategic and tactical marketing and engagement campaign and programmes to drive efforts in hospitality and equestrian package sales, elevation of equestrian sport, community engagement and brand augmentation
- Engage campaign owner to understand campaign objective and requirements and effectively translate these into creative and production brief
- Value-add, consider and suggest marketing ideas and implementation platforms
- Project manage campaign deliverables from end to end to ensure successful and timely delivery of campaign requirements in adherence to brand guidelines, including fulfilling all processes and documentation expectations
- Set up campaign objectives, delivery timeline and manage campaign budget
- Prepare post-campaign report and review campaign effectiveness against set objectives
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years of Consumer, Hospitality, Destination and/or Lifestyle marketing experience with proven track record in successful management of marketing campaigns from end to end
- Proven track record in managing social media platforms independently
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok and other social media best practices
- Familiarity with managing CRMS and web publishing tools
- Able to support and execute digital marketing activities
- Experience working with in-house or external creative and production services
- Outstanding project and budget management capability, able to effectively handle multiple time-sensitive and cross-functional projects concurrently
- Effective communicator and collaborator who writes well and is adept at engaging a cross-section of stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving, time management and critical thinking skills
- Team player with a creative eye and an eye for details
