**What We're Looking For**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to define and prioritize backlog items
- Conduct research on partner pain points, distill business requirements, and propose solutions
- Work closely with the product manager and business teams to understand product vision and alignment with company goals
- Plan and lead all product management and scrum rituals within a sprint-based system
- Engage in business and partner calls to contribute ideas, resolve questions, and expand the product roadmap based on customer requirements
- Aim to standardize product features and reduce the number of customizations
- Define, prioritize, and communicate short and long-term product goals
- Develop a deep understanding of users and stakeholders through research, data analysis, and interviews
- Act as an advocate for the team, bridging any gaps in understanding between the team and the rest of the company
- Collaborate with the product lead and external partners to understand product requirements
- Lead the product management process from conception to execution, meeting pilot deadlines
- Proactively work with the development team to determine feature implementation and assist in alpha and beta testing

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst
- Familiarity with agile product development processes
- Comfortable with technology, APIs, and basic data investigation and presentation
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and make informed trade-offs
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across product and engineering departments
- Track record of creating user-centric designs
- Experience with data analytics and visualization
- Subject matter expertise on offerings and associated markets
- Familiarity with machine learning is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
