We are looking for a** Product Owner** to join our Digital Team. Bring your ideas—the wilder and the crazier, the better—and establish Flo as the go-to renewable electricity retailer in Singapore.

Hi, we’re Flo, and we are on a mission to switch as many people and businesses as possible to clean, renewable energy.

We do that by making clean energy as cheap as conventional energy, investing in smart technology to reduce our operating costs and passing the savings to our members. And yes, it's not impossible.

We are pushing boundaries and breaking conventions of the traditional electricity retailer. To do so, we are looking for like-minded people who share our passion for technology and sustainability. You might be the one we are looking for

**What you will be doing**:

- You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the features and requirements for our software. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that the product is delivered on time and meets the needs of the target audience. You will be the voice of our users, and your understanding of the market and the competition in order to make informed decisions about the product's direction to help shape the future of Flo Energy.-
you want to participate to create the future of our company by breaking down work to delivery slices.
- you can develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams.
- assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and feature backlogs to ensure work aligns with product strategy.
- you have outstanding communication skills with technical and non technical people from different cultural backgrounds to achieve business goals and like to drive the search for elegant yet intuitive solutions to business challenges.
- .. you can identify detailed acceptance criteria for product deliverables and are able to verify them.
