**Recruitment Researcher (3-6 Months Contract, Extendable)**

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented Researcher to support our projects across recruitment, market research, and strategic business initiatives. You will play a critical role in identifying talent, gathering market insights, and contributing to internal and client-facing reports.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure across executive search, HR, consulting, or startup environments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and update talent databases and research reports
- Assist in the preparation of talent briefs, market insights, and client-ready presentations
- Track trends across the recruitment and business landscape
- Support special projects (e.g., workshops, competitor mapping, expansion studies)

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Curious, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
- Proficient in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Previous experience in research, recruitment, or HR is a bonus, but not required

**Contract Terms**
- Duration: 3 to 6 months, with potential for extension
- Time Commitment: Full-time preferred (Part-time can be considered)
- Location: On-site / Hybrid/ Remote
