Overview Researcher, Executive Recruiting at Google – apply to join our Recruiting team focused on identifying and engaging leadership talent to support Google’s leadership and business goals. Responsibilities Develop and own search strategies and deliver research for executive searches across Google product areas (Tech and Non-tech). Partner with Executive Recruiters to provide domain and market insights, advise internal stakeholders on talent needs. Source candidates internally and externally; build relationships with candidates. Innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting systems and processes. Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience in executive search, management consulting, or in-house recruitment. Preferred qualifications 6 years of experience in executive search, management consulting, or in-house recruitment. Experience in candidate engagement and assessment. Experience in creating search strategies, market mapping, gaining industry insights, and ensuring process and data quality. Ability to own and drive search strategy with the ability to set goals and prioritize based on market insights. Ability to manage search processes including candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation, and presentation. We bring a data-driven approach to recruiting and the human resources field, focusing on delivering the best experience for Googlers.
