**Our Client**:
Our client is a very well-known player within Energy-Efficiency Solutions with many projects ongoing in the Southeast Region. With a clear direction to expand their business, they are currently looking to hire an Associate Director for their Business Development Team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Help the director of business development discover assets and prospects for development, either individually or as a portfolio
- Locate and develop potential the company's acquisition possibilities, taking the initiative to create strong and effective business proposals that land new business and establish lasting connections
- To complete proposals and negotiating strategy, coordinate inputs from Asset Development/Management, external suppliers and contractors, and seek support from Investment Managers and BD Director
- Assist with asset bids, discussions, presentations, and proposals in order to help the BD team obtain new portfolio business in the area
- Carry out market research, individual asset and portfolio research, and, when necessary, contact agents, managers, and owners to arrange site visits to gather preliminary data
- Keep up to date with the company's portfolio and practical understanding

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
- Minimum 7 years' work experience in Business Development (Ideally HVAC)
