**Competitive salary**:
Full Time: $2,350 - $3,000/month (based on experience & work hours)

Permanent Part-time: Pay prorated based on contracted working hours

**Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk & Patient Support**
- _Patient Registration_ - Assist with patient check-in and medical record updates
- _Appointment Scheduling_ - Manage bookings and coordinate follow-ups
- _Customer Service _- Address patient inquiries in a polite and professional manner

**Clinical Support & Assistance**
- _Perform Simple Triage & Measurements_ - Check blood pressure, parameters and vitals
- _Dispensing Medications _
- _Assisting Doctor in Procedures_ - Prepare and assist during minor procedures
- _Chaperoning_ - Accompany female patients during examinations when required
- _Handling Lab Specimens_ - Properly label, store, and coordinate delivery of test samples

**Administrative & Clinic Operations**
- _Inventory & Stock Management_ - Order and replenish medical supplies & medications
- _Clinic Tidiness & Hygiene_ - Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic areas
- _Coordination with Laboratories & Vendors_ - Arrange courier services for lab tests
- _Ad Hoc Duties_ - Other tasks as assigned by the doctor

**Work Schedule**:

- 42 hours per week (roster-based)
- Preferably able to work 2 night shifts (Mon-Thu, 7-9 PM) and 1 weekend shift (Sat/Sun)
- Weekend shifts: _Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM, Sunday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM_
