**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic **Assistant Sales Manager** to join our client's team. You will promote cost-effective medical devices to healthcare professionals, conduct product demonstrations, and offer training while collaborating with clinical and management teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate product benefits to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training.
- Serve as a clinical resource for customers and internal teams.
- Report on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare qualification (preferred).
- 5+ years of sales experience in a healthcare setting with medical devices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret clinical data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Ability to travel as needed.
