Role Summary

The VP, International Business Lead (Haem-Onc) will oversee global commercialization strategy and execution for Autolus' haematology-oncology portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market & project leadership. This role is pivotal in bridging clinical innovation with market dynamics, optimizing product positioning, and delivering life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. As a key executive leader, you will guide cross-functional collaboration across regions and functions, driving the strategic integration of clinical and commercial priorities.

Key Responsibilities

**Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and lead the global commercialization strategy for haematology-oncology products, with a focus on maximizing market impact and leadership.
- Chair the Commercial Leadership Team (CLT), fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access and Strategic Development) to align product development and commercialization strategies.

**Global Product Commercialization**
- Design and implement commercialization strategies tailored to regional and global market needs, ensuring patient and healthcare provider accessibility.
- Act as the key interface between clinical development and commercial functions to create integrated lifecycle and commercialization plans.
- Provide a strong business perspective in governance processes, influencing decisions across the product lifecycle.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs and Regulatory teams to incorporate market and patient insights into clinical trial designs and product strategies.
- Guide resource allocation, including budget and personnel, to achieve ambitious business goals.
- Engage with the Global and Regional Commercial teams to align on goals and execute strategies effectively.
- Engage with and represent Commercial function in respective Project team

**Customer and Market Focus**
- Stay informed on global market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform commercialization strategies.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), advocacy groups, and healthcare stakeholders to establish Autolus as a leader in hematology-oncology innovation.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring the voice of the patient and provider drives strategy and decision-making.
