**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the federal market.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead capture efforts, including developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target agencies.
- Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline and forecast of business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Understands the technical considerations and certifications specific to the market.
- Identify specific teaming partners and systems integrators to approach while communicating the specific value proposition for their business and use case.
- Communicates and collaborates with internal teams throughout the lifecycle of each sales project.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team regarding quarterly and yearly strategies to align with revenue growth expectations.
- Develop monthly & annual forecast plans.
- Represents DOMA at various community and/or business meetings promoting its services; strives to differentiate DOMA from competitors.
- Represents DOMA in local and/or national trade shows as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of federal business development experience, with established relationships in target agencies and with key potential partners
- Strong knowledge of the federal acquisition process, including FAR and DFAR regulations.
- Demonstrated sales record required.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Experience with AWS Cloud offerings and services preferred.
- Extensive customer network preferred.
- Track record for exceeding quota.
