Job Title: Retail Ambassador - Costume Boutique

Are you passionate about costumes and customer service? We are looking for Retail Ambassadors to join our Costume Team As a Retail Ambassador, you will be the face of our store and play a vital role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with costume selection and purchases, and ensuring the store is always well-stocked and well-presented.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Assist customers with costume selection, fitting, and purchases
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times
- Create an inviting atmosphere by helping with displays
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing product knowledge and sharing store promotions
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
- Continuously expand your knowledge of costumes and accessories
- Actively seek opportunities to improve the customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiastic about costumes and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
- Must be available to work on Mon-Fri :11am-8pm & Sat 11am-6pm
- Must have some knowledge of computers, POS and social media preferred
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required

Training will be provided and prospects of career growth. Sundays & PH off. Good Pay$$ with incentives starting above $1,800 to $3,000. Walking distance to Clarke Quay MRT.
