Job Title : Retail Associate - Costume Boutique

Love costumes, fashion, theatre or cosplay? Join our costume store team

We're looking for Retail Associates who enjoy creating magical retail experiences.

You'll help customers find the perfect costume, keep the store looking fabulous, and enjoy a vibrant, creative work environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and assist customers with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Help with costume fittings and suggest styling ideas
  • Maintain clean, well-stocked displays and creative visual setups
  • Handle payments and POS systems accurately
  • Share product knowledge and highlight in-store promos
  • Support team sales goals and contribute positive energy
  • Learn about costume trends, social media, and retail styling

We're Looking For:

  • Friendly, reliable and proactive team players
  • Good communication skills and customer service mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge (POS/social media preferred)
  • Able to work Mon–Fri: 11am–8pm and Sat: 11am–6pm
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Retail experience a bonus, but full training provided.
