**Work Information**:

- Work five days per week with two off days. No split shifts.
- Flexible scheduling of work days
- Shophouse store along Keong Saik Road.

**Job Expectations**:

- Assist customers in the frontend role by providing personalized product recommendations, sharing in-depth product knowledge, and offering valuable advice.
- Efficiently manage peak periods by organizing customer queues and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and service skills with an outgoing and cheerful outlook.
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, both in-person and online.
- Contribute to order management and fulfillment processes.
- Assist in inventory management and store maintenance to ensure a well-organized and visually appealing retail environment.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years of experience in a retail role, preferably in a customer-facing position.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Technologically proficient, including familiarity with Google Sheets, point-of-sale systems, and social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and a strong team player.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
