Job Description:

- You will be trained by our Head of Retail to become a real scent designer within 2 weeks. You will share all the secrets of perfumery with your customers and our exclusive collection of luxurious scents. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store transformed by our experience, happier than ever_

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers.
- Identify their personality and their needs/ desires for scents.
- To demonstrate product knowledge on all categories and to have an awareness of the current advertising, marketing campaigns and new launches
- Cross-sell products, upsell and achieve maximum sales potential in line with targets
- Follow all stock management procedures and support the team to maintain highest standards of housekeeping and display within the boutique
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales target and develop CRM strategies to increase customer visits Ensure achievement of monthly sales and develop customers’ loyalty
- Oversee all merchandising and display windows and organize special events with our PR and influencer team To carry additional duties as directed by the management
- Participate in team meetings and make a positive contribution

Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail, F&B or hospitality industries
- Strong sales skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to details and service
- CRM management, customer prospection and retention - Flexibility to work various shifts, ability to multitask.
- Enthusiastic, positive, eager to learn with a strong team spirit mindset - Mandarin speaking would be an added advantage to handle mandarin speaking customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month
