**Responsibilities**:

- Help customers with technical issues
- Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
- Solve routine issues and escalate complex issues based on priority
- Log all inquiries, incidents and requests from users into the ticketing system
- Provide excellent customer services to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Efficient time management, able to prioritize, able to work independently

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in IT related studies
- Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Strong command in English (both written and oral)
- Prior experience in IT helpdesk is an advantage
- Committed, responsive and dynamic working attitude
- 5.5 days workweek
