**Focus, Scope, and Impact**

This role orchestrates Strategic Projects ensuring the OU organization wiring is aligned towards a common growth agenda. By leading the OU and portfolio strategy development, this role ensures the System wins in the local market.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- ** Localize the global strategy**, defining how to win by channel / customer / region, and identifying long-term strategic opportunities, including whitespace opportunities and challenges.
- ** Orchestrate an end-to-end strategic planning process for the OU and Bottling Partners**, working cross-functionally and coordinating with global office (serving as the “integrator”).
- ** Act as an “in house” consultancy partner**, structuring and leading ad-hoc cross-functional analysis or projects in coordination with the BTO/EWI.
- Interface with Franchise Strategy Leads, Platform Services, and OU Functions to **operationalize strategy end-to-end.**
- ** Goals and/or strategies for the role focus on **(but are not limited to) mid-term / long term priorities (2-5 years and beyond).

**Work Focus**
- Ability to integrate multiple insights and complex issues through a broad and holistic approach, defining the strategic direction for the business and leading to actionable solutions.
- Partners with senior leaders to orchestrate and wire the strategy and solution deployment, prioritizing efforts, influencing, aligning, and engaging key stakeholders.

**Communication Focus**
- This role is responsible for communicating internally across the different OU leaders to effectively disseminate the OU strategy and supporting insights, as well as to build alignment on OU priorities and key initiatives. This can involve negotiating internally, sometimes pushing against opposing interests.
- This role should foster dialogue among category teams to support CMO’s management of overall category portfolio.

- ** Indirect**: Regular interaction senior leaders in the Marketing, Finance, Franchise, and C&CL Functions, amongst others.
- ** Reporting to OU Strategic growth Sr. Director**

**Experience**
- +10 years of experience in several Business roles, such as Strategy, Management Consulting, Marketing, Business Planning, Insights, and/or Finance.
- Proven leadership trajectory, cross functional teams’ coordination and alignment, and influencing senior leadership team.
