- Manage day-to-day operations of the Sales Operations team, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Sales team with tasks such as opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data.
- Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and provide insights for sales leadership.
- Assist with sales collateral creation, presentations, and proposals.
- Provide training on sales tools and processes.
- Coordinate sales travel arrangements and logistics.
- Handle any other ad hoc administrative duties to support the Sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales operations or administrative support role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Positive and proactive attitude.
