DESIGNATION : Senior Manager/Manager, Fundraising

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Job Descriptions**:

- Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to secure funding from individuals, corporations, foundations and the public.
- Plan and execute donor relations and stewardship activities to deliver a positive donor experience.
- Draft proposals, presentations and donor communications.
- Track, evaluate and analyze acquisition of donors/donations to align with the organization's goals.
- Manage media relations and press release activities pertaining to pre and post fundraising activities and community outreach projects.
- Implement and ensure compliance to best practices in fundraising, donor relations and data protection.
- Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Communications/Marketing/Media/Social Services.
- Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Service-oriented and strong stakeholder management.
- Meticulous, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to adapt and collaborate with others across different functions and environments.
- Experienced in budgeting for fundraising, donor relations and communications programs.
- Independent and takes initiative.
- Desire to excel and thrive in a dynamic social service setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- A passion to serve.
