**Fundraising and Marketing Role Summary**

This role combines project coordination in outreach events and communications, helping to deliver impactful campaigns that raise funds, awareness, and community support for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns and donor outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of donors and partners, monitor progress towards fundraising targets, and prepare timely reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and activities.
  • Support grant applications and sponsorship proposals with relevant data and content.
  • Manage campaign logistics including vendor liaison, event registration, and volunteer support.

Outreach and Communications Objectives

  • Execute strategies to increase visibility of fundraising campaigns.
  • Craft and design targeted content (letters, EDMs, brochures, videos, donor stories, social media posts) that appeals to different donor segments.
  • Manage campaign and event promotion across multiple channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and media outlets.
  • Ensure branding, tone, and messaging are aligned with organisational values.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse engagement metrics, and recommend improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Preferably a degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, project management and/or donor management.
  • Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns with clear KPIs.
  • Experience in managing online and offline marketing.
  • Expertise in content creation, campaign management, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in tools like Canva, Mailchimp, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
