Overview
Join us as a Fundraising Manager We are looking for a Manager, Fundraising to join our growing full-time team. At Halogen, our goal is to help young people develop positive belief systems and values so that they can take action in their circles of influence. As a youth development organisation, we work to catalyse social impact through our programmes and initiatives while building a staff team enabled to do their best work.
You will report to the Chief of Product and Innovation and contribute to ensuring the quality and relevance of our products and programmes that support youth development. Your contribution will directly affect the future of our work for youth, spanning programmes to merchandise.
Responsibilities
As Manager, Fundraising, you will be responsible for digital fundraising and donation events, playing an important role in ensuring we have the financial capacity to deliver our programmes to our youths and youth influencers.
Requirements
3 years of fundraising experience with a digital edge
3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, events management or fundraising function or other relevant fields
Strong understanding of both online and physical communities to forge impactful partnerships
Passionate about youth development and Halogen’s mission, prioritising people
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across various levels of stakeholders
Meticulous and detail-oriented; able to engage with multiple processes and deliver excellence
Excellent team player; able to work in a dynamic, energetic environment
Enjoys a fast-paced working and learning environment and can handle stressful situations
Strategic and data-driven in decision making
