Assoc. Pharmaceutical Technician

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Perform various tasks in the production department in accordance with the requirements of the production schedule, cGMP and safety regulations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Setup and operate pharmaceutical production equipment including high-speed filling lines for sterile injectables, robotic technology, compounding panels and automatic CIP/SIP processes.
- Compound and fill active biological product batches as required to meet the production schedule.
- Perform routine water sampling.
- Microbial sampling and swabbing of room and equipment.
- Perform cleaning and upkeep of the Grade C cleanrooms and production equipment.
- Report QN/deviations if any.
- Perform filter integrity testing using an automatic filter integrity test unit.
- Preparation of equipment including loading and starting of sterilisation cycles in autoclaves.
- Complete batch documentation as required.
- Perform chemical and mathematical calculations to determine product potency and endotoxin levels for each batch compounding
- Perform all tasks in accordance with the standard operating procedures and maintain strict compliance to cGMP at all times.
- Perform visual inspection, labeling and packaging on semi-finished drug products.
- Perform in-process sampling on semi-finished drug products.
- Conduct in-process inspection and checks.
- Participate in Business Compliance, cGMP, and all other compliance-related matters, where applicable.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the Managers.

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- GCE 'O' Level, NITEC/ITC, or Diploma in Engineering
- 0 - 3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or related industries
- Team Player
- Demonstrate Inclusive Behaviors.
- Good understanding of safe working practices and cGMP is preferred.
