Our Manufacturing Operations teams are the people that make our products. We work in the manufacturing plants with a “Safety First, Quality Always” mindset striving for continuous improvement. We work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for completing all assigned pharmaceutical operations, ensuring accurate documentation completion on modules
- Meet performance metrics of the assigned operations
- Performs equipment cleaning/maintenance/calibration and equipment setup on any 1 of 3 modules in the allocated department and support equipment cleaning for all operations.
- Responsible to participate in Kaizen events in pharm operations in accordance with Kaizen plans when assigned
- Ensures compliance to all Safety and cGMP requirements and participates as ERT/team member when assigned.

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Diploma or Technical School graduate with background in operations and maintenance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations and maintenance preferably in manufacturing, oil & gas, semiconductor or chemical industries
- PMETs/Mid-Careerist with no prior work experience in biopharma industry are welcome to apply.
- Open to 2 years contract and 12 hours rotating shift
