Assistant Manager, Student Development

Reporting to the Assistant Director, EEE Students Office in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, the incumbent plays a vital role in enhancing the campus experience for our students through the coordination and support of student club activities and events.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide leadership, coordinate and execute diverse student club activities and events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection and equipment setup.
- Allocate budgets and track financial expenditure for each event.
- Prepare and analyse reports and make recommendations to management.
- Implement effective communication strategies to engage students and stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and university policies.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field such as Event Management, Business Administration, Communications.
- Knowledge of university policies and regulations.
- Proficiency in event planning and communication.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to student engagement and campus life.
- Flexibility in working hours.
