Assistant Manager, Student Development and Alumni

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Student Engagement and Support: Develop and implement programs to enhance student involvement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
- Student Development and Well-being: Organize workshops and initiatives focusing on stress management, career development, mental health, and time management to promote holistic student development.
- Student Leadership and Skill Development: To provide opportunities for student leadership and skill development as well as establish partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to provide additional resources and opportunities for students.
- Crisis Management and Support: Provide immediate assistance and resources to students in times of crises or emergencies, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in student life and support is preferred.
- Possess strong communication skills and problem-solving skills with good time management.
- Able to handle stress and passionate in assisting students.
- Possess a "can-do" attitude, ability to work fast and independently.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
