Senior Assistant Manager, Student Development

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Student Engagement and Support: To create programs and initiatives to enhance student engagement, involvement, and overall satisfaction.
- Student Development and Well-being: To support the personal and academic growth of students through workshops on various topics such as stress management, career development, time management, and mental health, ensuring students' holistic well-being.
- Student Leadership and Skill Development: To provide opportunities for student leadership and skill development as well as establish partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to provide additional resources and opportunities for students.
- Crisis Management and Support: In times of crises or emergencies, to provide support and resources to students.
- Alumni Engagement: To establish direction and execution of alumni events and communications.
**Requirements**:
- At least a good bachelor's degree from a recognized Institute of Higher Learning.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in student life and support.
- Possess strong communication skills and problem-solving skills with good time management.
- Able to handle stress and passionate in assisting students.
- Experience in counselling and pastoral care will be an advantage.
- Possess a "can-do" attitude, ability to work fast and independently.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
