
Global Account Executive, Global Client and Agency

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in an advertising sales, business development, and/or online media environment.
- Ability to speak Chinese and English fluently in order to communicate with representatives from external stakeholders in-markets, who may be from China, Europe, America and Middle East.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing and working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients.
- Experience establishing Joint Business Plans, including Display and Video Incentive Program experience.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, organize, and prioritize accordingly.
- Ability to influence others internally and externally, including excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage C-level relationships or acquire the right resources to navigate these conversations.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build cross-functional relationships and partner with internal teams to foster collaboration and enable scaling of existing solutions/services.
- Build and foster C-Level relationships with global and regional client selection makers on long-term digital strategies and optimize business growth.
- Collaborate across markets to drive incremental business generation, coordination, and consistency that are viewed as globally, traveling internationally to meet customers and Google teams.
- Drive coordination for global projects and create ongoing communication cadence with Google teams to drive alignment and ensure good customer experience, from a data infrastructure and UX point of view.
- Develop and manage global Joint Business Plans (JBP) across Google products and services, countries, and channels, working with local Account Executives and regional/global team members. Assist regions to develop regional and local JBPs. Generate business plans to define your strategies and tactics.
