**The Job**
As our HR Intern, you will play an integral role in assisting for all things HR-related This includes
Experience projects. You will work alongside the human resources team in creating a passionate
and high performing team, in a culture of openness, learning, operational excellence,
collaboration, honesty and innovation.
**Responsibilities**
- People Operations _
- Ownership of people operations specific to our Internship programme (i.e. submission of
- Kickstart and identify possible vendors for our office expansion, as well as rethinking the
future of office spaces
- Create and develop a creative way to present a Global organisation chart, by tapping on
- People Policies _
- Support with the review and revamp of HR policies to ensure relevance and alignment
globally
- People Experience_
- Support with internal communications of HR policies and initiatives
- Support with internal engagement and learning events
- Assist in recruitment operations which would include scheduling, posting of roles,
- Assist in Mighty Jaxx’s internship recruitment process across the organisation
**Requirements
**- Open to university students of any seniority
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
