**Role Overview**:
Kapronasia, an Atlas Technologies Group company, is looking to hire a junior strategy consultant for our growing consulting team in Singapore. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the strategy consulting work stream for projects in the FinTech and financial services sector which will include working with well-known companies. You will also have the chance to work closely with senior staff and many opportunities to take ownership of projects and drive initiatives within the company and in collaboration with Atlas Technologies, our parent company based in Japan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support consulting engagements for clients on various topics such as market entry and competitive analysis in the Asia banking, payments, capital markets and FinTech industries.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative research and analysis on key trends in the financial services industry and identify the implications for stakeholders in the industry.
- Assist in producing industry research reports on the financial sector through market research, data gathering and industry analysis.

**Job Qualifications**:

- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant disciplines.
- Consulting or research experience from previous internships or work required.
- Good writing and presentation skills in English required.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office skills required, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Knowledge of FinTech and the financial services industry is a plus.

You are an enthusiastic Junior Strategy Consultant with 2-3 years of experience or academic exposure in the FinTech and financial services sector. You have demonstrated the ability to contribute effectively to consulting projects, showcasing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality results on time.

You excel at building positive relationships with team members and clients, demonstrating professionalism and a client-focused mindset. Your clear and concise writing and presentation skills enable you to support the creation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables effectively.
