
Conference Management Executive

Applicants should have experience in project / event management. Ideally you should have experience in handling every aspect of event planning for professional conferences especially in areas of registration management, abstract handling, delegate marketing, sponsorship acquisition / management, logistics and general administration.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute operation workflow for conferences and events, including registration process, logistics, faculty management, sponsorships etc to ensure excellent delegates’ experience
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers prior and during the events to ensure smooth execution of events
- supports development of the event programmes
- assists in the planning and execution of the project plans
- collaborating with key stakeholders (clients, speakers, sponsors, suppliers)
- client management
- sourcing and booking venues
- managing event logistics
- managing budgets and invoicing
- organising accreditation
- preparation and presentation of post-event reports
**Professional Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (a plus if it is in related fields such as communications, marketing, media, advertising or business)
