**Job Description**:
- You will be a part of a high-performing team across VCS Asia Pacific, deliver on the SB product strategy along with the Head of SB. You will work on strategy deployment, solution ideation and development, portfolio optimization, delivery and enablement of products and services in markets across Asia Pacific. Partnering VCS geo leads and account managers in identifying SB opportunities pipeline to drive Payment Volume (PV), Cards-in-Force (CIF) and Net Revenue (NR) growth.
- The role would ideally suit someone who enjoys new opportunities and working in an innovative and invigorating environment, which offers an immense growth potential tor SB plus the unique ability to work across a large number of AP markets to help grow the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Visa Consulting Analytics, Regional and Global VCS, Product and Platform, Commercial and Money Movements, Digital Partnership, Merchant Services, Client Services to deliver the right SB product and platform suite for clients.
- You will curate payment products and solutions with geo leads and account managers to support issuer discussions to accelerate growth. This includes leading key client conversations from discovery, uncovering needs and requirements, develop and communicate commercials to recommending implementation approaches and execution of VCS strategy in delivering the business plan.
- You will engage with external stakeholders Business Banking, Commercial Banking, and Commercial Cards teams within both FI and non-FI community to make compelling business case to optimize and cross-sell SB solutions. Help implement SB solutions with issuers that improve customer experience, increase revenue generation and enhance mutual profitability. This sales effort will require challenging existing status-quo, understanding competition portfolios as well as navigating change management within the client organization.
- Solicit clients’ feedback, requests to curate Best-in-Class (BIC) card value proposition, sales and marketing assets, campaigns, case studies and Go-to-Market strategy.
- This is a highly commercial role and target driven role, and you will need to deliver and execute on key sales performance metrics. You will need strong financial, analytical, collaborative and product skills required to manage major opportunities.
As a member of the Visa Commercial Solutions team, you will be required to contribute your SB knowledge to other areas of the Visa Commercial Solutions and support your account managers.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications**:
- 12 or more years of product management and launching new products as well as business development.
- You are passionate about sales, driving results, customer experience, innovation and business growth and will partner the VCS geo leads who are responsible for delivering on sales targets and outcomes. You will support the local team on implementation of sales plans through reporting, tracking, and supporting joint objectives with each geo team and continuously coordinating and updating plans and ensuring the localization of regional as well as global initiatives.
- Small Business segment experience preferred.
- Extensive industry and functional expertise, including product management, contract negotiations, marketing and sales.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally to Visa and be an ambassador for Small Business
- Have worked in top-tier financial institutions, consulting firm, payment networks or financial services firm where you have developed strategies, worked on execution plans.
