The role involves overseeing the project from design to execution, managing space planning, material selection, and coordinating with contractors to ensure successful project delivery. A strong portfolio, design software proficiency, and project management skills are key to success.

**Job Description**:

- Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Develop design concepts, including space planning, color schemes, materials, and finishes.
- Create 3D renderings to visualize concepts and aid client decision-making.
- Ensure optimal space layout while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
- Recommend materials, furnishings, and fixtures within budget constraints.
- Manage projects from conception through to completion, coordinating with contractors and vendors.
- Ensure quality control throughout the project and address any issues that arise.
- Present design proposals to clients, revising as needed based on feedback.
- Perform additional tasks like site visits and project documentation as required.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in commercial interior design with a solid portfolio.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
