**About The Role**:

- Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation at Serangoon Moral Student Care Centre
- Ensure a safe and conducive environment is provided for the students.
- Responsible for programme planning, curriculum development and staff supervision.
- Responsible in managing staff, students, parents, equipment, technology, finance, information, and all other resources to ensure that the quality of services provided meets the regulations set out in the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) Guidelines for Student Care Centre, and are in line with vision and mission of Chee Hoon Kog Moral Promotion Society
- **Technical Competencies**:_
- Strong analytical, writing, communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong leadership and excellent people management skills
- **Core Competencies**:_
- Meticulous and organised
- Interest and passion working with children aged 7 to 14
- Proficient in MS office software would be preferred.
- **Preferred achievements / characteristics**:_
- Min 5 O Level credits
- Good credit in 'O'-Level Chinese required.
- Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams.
- **Requirement**:_
- Only Singaporeans
- Minimum Qualification Level: GCE 'O' Level

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From $2,800.00 per month
