**About The Role**:

- Responsible for day-to-day operation at Serangoon Moral Student Care Centre
- Demonstrate intiative and willingness to learn
- Ensure a safe and conductive environment for the students
- Supervise students' homework completion
- Able to test students on their English and Chinese spelling
- Able to monitor students' attendance and after-school activities, and contact parents promptly when the need arise
- Able to maintain discipline and order of the class
- Able to promptly respond to students and manage their behaviour
- Able to provide timely feedback to parents on students' work and behaviour
- Responsible for programme planning and curriculum development (i.e. outings, workshops, craft, moral education)
- Ensures that the Centre is in compliance with the Environmental Sanitation Regime (ESR) by conducting regular inspections and ensuring proper documentations
- [Staff will attend training and be appointed as the Environmental Control Coordinator (ECC)]
- To assist Centre Supervisor in managing students, parents, equipment, technology, information and all other resources so as to ensure that the quality of services provided meets the regulations set out in the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) Guidelines for Student Care Centre, and are in line with vision and mission of Chee Hoon Kog Moral Promotion Society
- **Technical Competencies**:_
- Strong analytical, writing, communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong people management skills
- **Core Competencies**:_
- Meticulous and organised
- Interest and passion working with children age 7 to 14
- Proficient in MS office software would be preferred
- **Preferred achievements / characteristics**:_
- Min 5 O Level credits
- Good credit in 'O'-Level Chinese required
- Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
- **Requirement**:_
- Only Singaporeans

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From $1,800.00 per month
