**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the overall guest experience strategy.
- Develop and execute programs to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain relationships with VIP guests.
- Analyse skill gaps of team members, providing support and guidance.
- Handles guest complaints independently and in a positive manner.
- Able to suggest appropriate service recovery actions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in guest relations.
- Proven success in elevating guest experience.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $4,400.00 per month
