Singapore CPG FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE LTD Full time

Provide facilities management services for our clients' site in various locations around Singapore. This includes scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors.
- Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- Responsible for the coordination of meetings and events such as logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising of invoices and setting up of the events etc.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with mínimal supervision and perform under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Service orientated mindset.
- Working schedule: 5-day work week.
- **Singaporean Only (Need to clear G50 clearance).**
