Vets all technical documentation as required under terms
Ensure distribution of all approved drawings to the parties.
Ensure proper coordination with Consultants and Subcontractors in resolving any technical issues.
Provide technical solutions to site office
Ensure all relevant approvals (e.g. samples, drawings) are obtained in advance of site installation dates.
Attends Progress Meetings, Technical Meetings, Coordination Meetings, etc.
Support Tender submittals when needed.

**Requirements**:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or higher
At least 10 years of relevant experience in project management in Building Projects in Singapore
Some experience in design coordination is preferred.
Strong writing, presentation skills, planning, and documentation.
Good networking within the construction industry
