Our **Unmanned & Integrated Systems** business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer, Project with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering RF test and measurement systems, including antenna test chambers to organizations in the aerospace, military, commercial and academic sectors.

**Be Part of Our Success**
- Participate in proposal efforts to address new opportunities. This effort includes working with partners to identify customer requirements, develop technical solutions, and generate the cost estimates and pricing.
- Manage a portfolio of RF test systems projects and ensure financial, technical and schedule objectives are met or exceeded. The systems include complex mechanical, RF, electrical and software elements.
- Prepare and present status and technical presentations to customers and company management. Perform financial analysis and projections of projects on an ongoing basis.
- Identify potential new business opportunities including equipment upgrades, training and other products and services.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers to become their trusted solution partner.

**Qualities We Value**
- Knowledge in Engineering or equivalent.
- Possessed 5 years of relevant experience
- Preferred skills:

- Experience with precision motion control systems
- Antenna and/or RF testing
- Experience managing subcontracts and or developing and implementing anechoic chambers
- Self-starter and result-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Problem solver, strong emotional intelligence skills, effective customer management capabilities.
- Comfortable with technology and IT tools. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Enterprise Systems (SAP)
- Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
