- Manufacturing Support: Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturing partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient production processes.
Technical Expertise:
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can tackle complex technical challenges head-on, developing innovative solutions that drive business growth and improvement. Your expertise in high-frequency circuit design, RF performance optimization, and customer requirement management will be invaluable assets to our team.
- High-Frequency Circuit Design: Create high-frequency circuit designs that optimize RF performance and address evolving customer needs, staying ahead of the curve in this rapidly changing field.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A proven track record in RF, digital, and analog hardware design, with experience in guiding schematic capture, BOM creation, Gerber file generation, and PCBA bring-up.
- Proficiency in RF/Wi-Fi system testing and troubleshooting, as well as strong leadership skills to effectively guide cross-functional engineering teams.
- Familiarity with RF instruments, LitePoint, R&S testers, and Ubuntu platforms, with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
