Job Description:

As a technical leader, you will oversee the design, development, and production of advanced radio frequency (RF) hardware systems. This involves leading cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge digital, analog, and RF hardware solutions based on Wi-Fi IC technology.

  • Create and deliver comprehensive digital, analog, and RF hardware systems
  • Design and produce schematics, BOMs, Gerber files, and PCBA for efficient production
  • Achieve working prototypes within 6-9 months
Testing and Validation:

You will be responsible for testing and verifying system performance using various tools and equipment such as spectrum analyzers, power meters, LitePoint, R&S testers, and more.

  • Execute RF and signal parameter testing
  • Meet industry standards
  • Handover tested and validated systems to production
Leadership Role:

As a leader, you will define architecture, create project plans, track milestones, mentor engineers, and partner with manufacturing teams to bring products to market efficiently.

Required Skills:

To excel in this role, you must have a strong track record in RF, digital, and analog hardware design, experience guiding schematic capture, BOM, Gerber, and PCBA bring-up, proficiency in RF/Wi-Fi system testing and troubleshooting, leadership skills, and familiarity with RF instruments and software platforms.
