Job Title: Lead RF Hardware Systems Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Lead RF Hardware Systems Engineer to own the end-to-end development of Wi-Fi-based hardware systems.

  • Candidates will lead the design, testing, and production handover of advanced RF, digital, and analog hardware systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in RF, digital, and analog hardware design.

About This Role:

  1. You will be responsible for designing and delivering complete digital, analog, and RF hardware systems based on Wi-Fi IC solutions.
  2. Producing schematics, BOM, Gerber files, and PCBA are also key responsibilities.
  3. Achieving working prototypes within 6–9 months and testing system performance is crucial.
  4. Executing RF and signal parameter testing with spectrum analyzer, power meter, LitePoint, R&S testers, and other tools is necessary.
  5. Meet standards and handover to production within 3 months post-verification.
  6. Leading a cross-functional team (Hardware, Software, Mechanical) requires defining architecture, creating project plans, tracking milestones, mentoring engineers, and partnering with manufacturing.
  7. Solving complex technical challenges related to high-frequency circuit design, RF optimization, and evolving customer requirements is essential.

Your Background:

  • A strong track record in RF, digital, and analog hardware design is required.
  • Experience guiding schematic capture, BOM, Gerber, and PCBA bring-up is necessary.
  • Proficiency in RF/Wi-Fi system testing and troubleshooting is essential.
  • Leadership skills to guide cross-functional engineering teams are necessary.
  • Familiarity with RF instruments, LitePoint, R&S testers, and Ubuntu platforms is preferred.
