**Description**:

- Spearhead and manage the app’s overall international marketing strategy, including but not limited to, content localization, media planning, campaign performance reviews, KOL development and management, industry collaboration events
- Collaborate with our product and development teams in China to create and improve on the user experience from an international perspective
- Manage direct marketing, tools, product launches, and other marketing and education related programs, according to the APAC regional strategies.
- Take charge and be responsible for regional growth figures and KPIs
- Manage a team of operations and marketing specialists
- Facilitate the roll-out and adoption of Tantan's marketing solutions or new products/features.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline from a reputable university
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Marketing with a preference for applicants specialized in digital marketing
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of management experience
- Solid knowledge of platforms such as Meta, X, Google and Tiktok
- Experience working with/in the SEA region is required
- Excellent verbal and written communications with proficiency in Microsoft OfficePrior experience working in a start-up or regional headquarters environment preferredBasic Mandarin comprehension and communication is a must
