Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional brand strategies and digital marketing plans across Southeast Asia region.
Coordinate and support country-level marketing efforts in alignment with regional objectives.
Drive integrated marketing campaigns for brand visibility, product launches, and demand generation across online and offline channels.
Standardize and optimize brand communications and content for consistency across all markets.
Collaborate closely with sales, planning, and internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and campaign performance to derive actionable insights.
Lead and manage a regional marketing team, providing guidance and direction.
Build and manage long-term partnerships with media, influencers, and agency stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and best practices for all regional marketing executions.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 5 - 8 years of trade marketing experience, with a strong focus on regional roles and preferably from consumer electronics or FMCG sectors.
Proven track record of executing successful regional marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEA market dynamics, culture, and consumer behavior.
