We are excited to partner with a leading ship management company to find a **Technical Executive (Ship Accounts)**to join their team in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review the variance report for all vessels in the Singapore Fleet Group.
- Arrange regular meetings with the TSI, highlighting accounts that have exceeded the prorated budget and obtain explanations.
- Identify outliers in the variance report and bring them to the attention of the TSI and managers.
- Keep track of non-budgeted costs, explanations, and approvals.
- Follow up with the TSI for closeout of non-budgeted items and keep owners informed.
- Attend to accounting-related queries from owners and direct them to the relevant personnel for clarification.
- Pass on the necessary information to the owners.
- Liaise with the BI team to ensure the BI dashboard for vessel operating costs is accurate.
- Attend Singapore Fleet Group meetings and circulate minutes of the meetings to participants.

**Key Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of prior experience in a similar role, particularly in tracking non-budgeted costs and variance explanations.
- Strong foundation in Accounts and Finance.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Ability to manage and respond to high-pressure situations effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A team player who is also able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Resourceful, dynamic, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
