**About the Role**

**A long established technology MNC with a strong presence globally, looking for an experienced Network Engineer** with **strong experience in voice. **This role is required **to manage and resolve technical issues related to the network infrastructure**. You will report directly to the Manager.
- Manage, resolve, and take ownership of all assigned technical issues related to routing and switching, whether remotely or on-site.
- Provide technical support both remotely and on-site, including Incident Management and Problem Management.
- Escalate incidents, problems, and changes to the appropriate individuals or vendors based on established business rules, ensuring timely resolution of client service requests.
- Collaborate with vendors as necessary to achieve incident and problem resolution.
- Maintain and update detailed knowledge of clients' environments by regularly updating relevant documentation.
- Deliver high levels of customer service and effectively resolve problems and issues with clients in a constructive manner.
- Prepare adhoc reports as needed to meet contractual requirements.
- Contribute to ITIL-based processes to ensure successful service delivery and proactively propose solutions to enhance quality and productivity.
- Participate in client presentations as required.
- Responsible for any other ad hoc duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor in Computer Science /Information Technology or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in relevant field and role, within CISCO environment.
- Hold certifications such as CCNP (Collaboration) / CCIE (Collaboration) / Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert.
- Proficient in troubleshooting SIP Trunks, E1/T1, FXS/FXOs, Fax lines, and other related components.
- Familiar with CUCM, Jabber, CUC, UCCX, WebEx, Telepresence, CMS, Attendant Console, and Teams.
- Knowledgeable in Video Endpoints including SX10, SX20, SX80, DX70, DX80, and Jabber Collaboration Endpoints.
- Desirable experience with UCCX Scripting, Calabrio, and Verint Voice Recording.
- Skilled in troubleshooting H323, SIP/CUBE, MGCP ISR Voice Routers & Gateways, Gatekeepers, Dial-Peers, and similar components.
- Experience in managing both MCS and UCS servers, including VMware, CIMC, ESXi Hosts, etc.
- Willingness to learn and explore new skill sets beyond Voice, such as Routing and Switching, Security, Wireless, etc.
- Possess a creative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated and keen to learn new technologies
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.
- A desire to thrive in a hard-working, fast-paced and collaborative team.
- Great communicator, negotiator and team-player.
